Questions
Do I need new software?
Usually not. Most automations are built in tools you already have, like Microsoft 365. If something new would genuinely help, I'll say so and tell you the cost first.
What if an automation breaks?
You'll get an alert straight away, plus a simple fallback so the job can be done by hand. On a care plan I fix it for you, and I'll respond to any problem within one working day.
Is the free Snapshot really free?
Yes. It's based on your form answers, and a person checks every Snapshot before it's sent. There's no obligation to buy anything.
Do you use AI?
AI helps me draft some documents faster, but I review everything before it reaches you, and your name and contact details are removed first. AI is never used on your business systems or your customers' data. Details are in the privacy notice.
